New Bridgnorth Jazz in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.



On the first Sunday of every month, the New Bridgnorth Jazz group hosts an afternoon of live Jazz at the historic Garden Bar in Bridgnorth. Entrance is free but donations are welcome.

Expect good vibes, great tunes and a laid-back lunchtime session. Food available for purchase.

Sun 1st - Bridgnorth Jazz from 12.30pm
This month are joined again by the Ludlow Jazz Collective, who are based in South Shropshire.
They are a group of musicians who come together to perform a wide range of music, including jazz standards.
This time we have Paul Brooks on keyboard, Peter Cabarra on bass, Roy Johnson on saxophone and Larry Tench on drums. They are joined by Ellen Harris on vocals.

The Garden Bar is the oldest building in Bridgnorth, dating from between 1392 and 1422. It provides the perfect setting for our Jazz events.
It is at 6 Bridge Street, Low Town, Bridgnorth, WV15 6AF.

Car Parking at the nearby Severn Street Car Park is free on a Sunday, so take advantage of that to pay us a visit.
